Support Hexagon teams in identifying AI use cases, defining data sources, implementation methods, and evaluation metrics
Configure and implement custom AI agents for business applications
Understand, define, and communicate requirements for AI agents
Monitor and evaluate AI agents, ensuring delivery and business impact
Co-lead workshops and training sessions (virtual and in-person) on AI tools and developments
Create technical or function-specific training materials
Continuously refine the AI tool portfolio and manage integrations with business systems
Support teams in AI adoption through introductions, online communities, and guidance
Contribute to KPIs measuring the success of Hexagon’s AI enablement programs
Assist the AI team in developing and improving internal AI adoption guidelines
Help unify and standardize the governance framework for AI applications

This is you

You have a strong focus on AI use cases and creating business value
Hands-on and confident presenting results to multiple stakeholders
Communicate efficiently and professionally to understand challenges and identify AI opportunities
Experienced with enterprise AI tools (e.g., OpenAI ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) and their business applications
Technically proficient to understand and explain the latest developments in generative AI
Deep understanding of AI-based solution implications
Comfortable collaborating across teams, cultures, and time zones
Passionate about supporting, training, and enabling colleagues in AI
Fluent in English (German or other languages a plus)
Willing to travel internationally up to 20%
