  • Support in the operation of the helpdesk service
  • Follow-up on support cases and their documentation
  • Support the sales team during presentations, exhibitions, and trade shows
  • Customize instruments and software according to specific customer requirements
  • Plan and deliver technical demonstrations and product training sessions
  • Create, translate, and maintain technical product documentation
  • Contribute to technical differentiation from competitors through strong expertise and customer focus
  • Monitor competitors and prepare relevant information for the sales team
  • Analyze and document market requirements
  • Support the rental pool organization
  • Work closely with Service and Support teams, particularly in resolving complex technical issues
  • Act as a technical point of contact for customers at the Vienna sales office
 

This is you

  • Completed vocational training as a surveying technician or a university degree in geodesy
  • Practical experience in the field of surveying
  • Strong customer focus and communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm and efficient in stressful situations
  • Independent working style with strong planning and organizational skills
  • Very good German skills and good English skills
  • Confident use of Microsoft Office
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments
  • High level of technical understanding and interest in innovative surveying technologies
  • Structured and solution-oriented approach to technical challenges
  • Enjoyment in sharing knowledge, e.g. during training sessions
  • Occasional willingness to travel (only in exceptional cases required)
