The Global People Partner (GPP) for Construction Trade Solutions is a strategic HR leadership role within Hexagon Geosystems. This position supports the Construction Trade Solutions division, one of six key divisions of Hexagon Geosystems, which focuses on innovative solutions for the construction industry. The division’s product portfolio includes advanced tools and software such as Leica iCON Trades, enabling construction professionals to enhance productivity, precision, and efficiency.

As a Global People Partner, you will collaborate closely with the division’s President and other senior stakeholders to align People & Culture strategies with business goals. Additionally, you will work in partnership with Regional People Partners to ensure consistency in HR practices and strategic alignment across all regions.

This role is pivotal in driving HR excellence, supporting organisational transformation, and preparing the division for future growth.

This is you

Education: University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
Experience:

Proven experience in a senior HR Business Partner or strategic HR leadership role, ideally within a global organisation
Experience working in or supporting divisions related to construction, technology, or manufacturing is a plus

Skills:

Strong business acumen with the ability to connect HR strategies to business objectives.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Expertise in organisational design, talent management, and change management
Ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations and collaborate effectively across geographies

Global Perspective: Experience working in a multicultural environment and managing global HR initiatives
