The Commercial Sales Manager - Italy is responsible for inside sales and business development for our Italian partners and customers, including identifying new sales opportunities for our BLK product range in existing and future market segments and converting these into sales.

  • Lead Management: Processing of incoming leads and arranging customer meetings with sales representative in the field.
  • Sales and Pipeline Management: Preparation, tracking and closing of sales opportunities within a quarterly target incentive model
  • Account Management: Analysis of customer needs, maintenance and expansion of existing customer relationships via telephone, email and online meetings for product presentations.
  • New Customer Acquisition: Identification and approach of potential customers via telephone acquisition, email and social media campaigns
  • CRM Maintenance: Documentation and transparency of customer data in the CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Market Research: Analysis of market trends to drive sales opportunities.
  • Reporting: Preparation of regular forecasts and reports.
  • Collaboration: Close coordination with field sales, distribution partners, marketing teams and customer service.
 

This is you

  • BA/BS degree, completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification
  • Initial experience in sales or a sales-related environment
  • Structured and independent way of working
  • Due to the sales territory being Italy, we require Italian as your native language or business fluency, and good English skills are also desirable.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) is an advantage
