  • Commercial Strategy: (1) Define and implement a scalable, profitable business model aligned with company goals, (2) Oversee pricing, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies, and (3) Continuously identify new market opportunities and revenue streams
  • Sales Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and build and manage a high-performing sales team
  • Customer Satisfaction and Retention: Implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty and monitor customer feedback and drive continuous improvement
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, business development, and marketing to ensure all commercial offerings meet market needs and can be implemented. Partner with finance to set budgets and forecasts
  • Performance Management: Establish KPIs and track performance against commercial objectives and report on commercial activities to the executive team and stakeholders at a determined cadence
 

This is you

  • 15 years of demonstrated track record in delivering or exceeding sales targets, preferably in robotics or technology industries
  • Strong experience in developing and implementing successful business models
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Deep understanding of customer satisfaction and retention strategies
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • MBA or equivalent experience preferred
