  • Responsible for maintaining a fleet of prototypes, participating in troubleshooting initiatives, and carrying out necessary repairs
  • Actively engage in the assembly and integration testing of prototypes, implement these processes, and enhance future prototype production procedures in line with production priorities
  • Manage workshop operations and collaborate with the team to determine Work in cooperation with engineers to carry out comprehensive verification testing on both subsystems and complete robotic systems
  • Support top-notch quality through systematic inspection and verification of components and assemblies based on engineering drawings and best practices
 

This is you

  • You completed training as a Polymechanic EFZ, or Automation Technician EFZ or equivalent vocational training, FH-level production engineer qualification would be an advantage
  • You have the proven experience in mechanical assembly processes that also including cabling, soldering, and general electronics handling
  • You have 3+ years of hands-on experience as a technician / mechanic working with complex mechatronic systems 
  • You are self-organized, you can determine daily tasks, and prioritize them effectively
  • You have experience in understanding and following drawings for the assembly of electromechanical components
  • You are proficient in the use of measurement and testing tools for mechatronic subsystems, and understanding of ESD safety measures is a plus
  • You are comfortable working in a multicultural and evolving environment
  • You have basic computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in English is necessary, while German fluency (B2 or higher) is preferred
