Lead and manage innovation projects within our Geomatics division
Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring timely and on-budget project completion
Apply a mix of Simultaneous Engineering and Agile principles to manage project deliverables through all development stages
Identify, assess, and manage risks, while effectively communicating updates to stakeholders
Support continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with interrelated teams to optimize project outcomes

This is you

4+ years of experience leading complex development projects, with knowledge of hardware and software development (preferably in the field of mechanics, electrics, optics or related field)
Experience in industrial sensor/device development and with Embedded Software (Operating System: Linux, WinCE)
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical/electrical design, computer science, or a related field.
A motivating leader who fosters team collaboration, cultivates a positive work environment, and effectively manages conflicts.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus).
