Receiving, documenting, and distributing goods to the respective departments
On-site customer service, including device intake and handover to customers
Preparation and management of service rental and loan instruments
Labeling of technical equipment
Booking and tracking all goods movements in the SAP system
Active warehouse management of the Selling Unit, including inventory execution
Collaboration with Service Administration, Selling Unit Germany (Customer Care, AM, Marketing, etc.), and the Distribution Center
Preparation and execution of shipping processes, including creation of relevant documents

This is you

Completed vocational training in logistics, freight forwarding, or a comparable qualification
Initial professional experience in a technical and/or commercial environment
Confident user of MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus
Confident in dealing with customers and colleagues
Strong problem-solving skills
High commitment, flexibility, and resilience
Independent, structured, and customer-oriented working style
Organizational talent and team player
Enjoyment of dynamic tasks and responsibilities
Physical resilience and technical understanding
Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
