  • Executive Support: Serve as a strategic partner to the President, managing their calendar (priorities, clear agendas), priorities and time management, and communications to ensure efficient decision-making and execution
  • Strategic Planning: (1)  Assist in the development of corporate strategies, business plans, and roadmaps of key initiatives, (2) Prepare high-quality presentations, briefing materials, and reports intended for internal and external stakeholders, and (3) Gather, analyze, and synthesize internal and external data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to support decision-making
  • Operational Oversight: Coordinate cross-functional operations of key initiatives, ensuring alignment across departments and tracking progress toward organizational timelines and goals
  • Leadership: Act as a bridge between the President and senior leadership team, fostering alignment on priorities, collaboration, effective communication, and following-up on action items
  • Stakeholder Management: Represent the President in internal and external communications, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
  • Administrative Operations: Manage a variety of administrative tasks efficiently, including approvals, purchasing, and expense reports
 

This is you

  • 10 years+ proven experience in a similar role, such as Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or in a strategic support role to senior executives
  • Experience in Strategic Planning and development of business plans and corporate strategies
  • Project Management Experience with a track record of coordinating cross-functional initiatives
  • Excellent Organizational Skills
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Proficiency in both – written and verbal communication
  • Feeling comfortable to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Proactive and self-driven personality
  • Strong detail-orientation
