Analysis, definition, development, and implementation of innovative processes for global distribution logistics, as well as support for new sales models for the Hexagon product portfolio
Leadership and contribution to innovation and life-cycle projects in a logistics environment, including the development of tailored logistics concepts across the entire supply chain
End-to-end responsibility for the introduction of new products into the supply chain (HIP projects), acting as the key point of contact for all logistics-related topics
Optimisation of product and transport packaging logistics (production ↔ customer) with a focus on sustainability and cost efficiency
Support of the global logistics organisation and acting as an interface with product management, IT, and other stakeholders
Support in the technical setup of workstations, tools, and systems for product customisation and
Valued Added Services (VAS) Processes

This is you

Higher education in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Project or Process Management, or a related field
Several years of experience in supply chain, production, or logistics projects
Experience in the introduction of products/processes within complex supply chains, including logistics and packaging concepts
Confident and proactive stakeholder management across different hierarchical levels, combined with strong communication skills
Structured, analytical, and proactive working style with a high level of personal responsibility
Very good German and English skills (C1)
Strong MS Office and ERP knowledge (ideally SAP SD/MM/WM/PP) as well as experience with project management tools
Technical affinity (e.g. hardware/system setups, workstations) is an advantage
Willingness to travel occasionally for project-related purposes
Ability to quickly understand complex logistics and process interdependencies and translate them into structured, implementable solutions
