This is you

Educated (or being educated) in Surveying or Civil Engineering
Experience using robotic total stations and GNSS rovers, with a specific interest in related survey software and “dataflow”
Fluent in English (spoken and written), German is a nice to have
Able to analyze ideas, goals, and challenges, to then derive well-structured and relevant actions
Strong communication skills, to both understand others and also have others understand you
