In this diverse and responsible role, you will be the central point of contact for our product managers, cost center and project leaders, and division management. You will support important business decisions through solid data analysis, drive process improvements and digitalization, and help shape the division’s sustainable growth.

Advise and support product, cost center, and project stakeholders on financial and business matters
Proactively analyze and prepare financial data to identify trends and promote sustainable business development
Contribute to the monthly closing process (local and consolidated under IFRS), including analysis, ad-hoc evaluations, and presentations with clear recommendations
Support the Division Controller in developing business insights to drive decision-making and actionable outcomes
Prepare forecasts, budgets, and simulations in close collaboration with global colleagues
Actively participate in international projects, particularly in the implementation of new tools and processes within controlling
Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities in daily controlling activities
Serve as a reliable business partner to management in both strategic and operational decisions

This is you

Degree (University/FH) in Business Administration, Finance, or similar – with a focus on accounting and controlling
3–5 years of professional experience in controlling, preferably in an international industrial company
Strong analytical, structured, and self-directed work style
Entrepreneurial mindset, high motivation, and enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration
Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written); German is a plus
Experience with SAP S/4 HANA, Power BI, SAP BW, OneStream, and Hyperion Financial Planning (including Essbase) is an advantage
Willingness to travel approximately 10%
Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial topics in a clear and tailored manner
