  • Member of the divisional management team and key sparring partner to the divisional president, with shared responsibility for the division's financial management and commercial development
  • Provide relevant business information and analysis, and develop and implement concrete actions
  • Preparing business plans, multi-year plans and forecasts in collaboration with relevant stakeholders from Product Management, R&D, Sales and other areas
  • Proactively identify business risks and opportunities and develop and implement appropriate solutions

This is you

  • FH / University degree (Bachelor / Master) in Business Administration / Finance; certified expert in accounting and controlling, certified auditor or comparable education with focus on accounting and controlling
  • Several years of professional experience (4-8 years), in an international technology or industrial company
  • Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset and ability to react quickly to changing conditions
  • High motivation and commitment to continuously look for improvement opportunities and to develop and implement innovative approaches to optimise business processes
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Experience with SAP (S/4 HANA), OneStream, Essbase, SAP Business Warehouse. SAP Analytics Cloud of advantage
  • Experience in manufacturing cost calculation and analysis
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English
  • Willingness to travel (10-20%)
